This policy applies to all users of our Service, including users of the UgaMall Android app. By downloading, installing, or using the UgaMall Android app or any other part of our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Service.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

2.3 Progressive Web App (PWA) Data

2.4 Android App Data
When you use the UgaMall Android app (available on Google Play), we and our service providers may collect:

- App usage data (screens viewed, features used, session duration) to improve the app
- Push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can send you notifications you have opted into
- Crash and performance data to fix bugs and improve stability
- IP address and approximate location (country/region) for security and service delivery
- Information you provide in the app (same as in section 2.1 when you register, create stores, list items, or message others)
The app may request certain permissions (e.g. storage for images, notifications) to provide its features. You can manage permissions in your device settings. Biometric data (fingerprint or face) used for app login is processed locally on your device and is not sent to our servers.

These partners have their own privacy policies. You can control ad personalization in your device settings (e.g. "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android) or through in-app choices where we offer them.

- You can disable biometric authentication at any time through your account settings
6.5 Android App–Specific Choices
- Notifications: Manage push notifications in the app or in your device settings (Settings > Apps > UgaMall > Notifications).
- Ad personalization: On Android, you can opt out of personalized ads in Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization. This may still show you ads, but they may be less relevant.
- Permissions: You can revoke app permissions (e.g. storage, notifications) at any time in your device settings.
- Uninstall: You can uninstall the app at any time; data we hold on our servers will be handled according to our data retention policy unless you request account deletion.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
